How do I know what type of bicycle I have in my possession?

What is the maximum time to insure my bicycle after purchase? What if it is a second-hand bike?
Whether it is a new or used bike, it must be less than one year old at the time of purchase. If your bike was purchased more than 12 months ago, we will unfortunately not be able to insure it.
Who are the insured persons?
Not only the policyholder, but also all persons who use the bicycle with the policyholder's permission.
Is my connected lock (ABUS SMARTX) valid in case of theft?

You can use this type of lock with the Qover-me insurance as long as the security of the lock corresponds to the minimum required by the general conditions (ABUS level 10 minimum) In the event of theft of the bicycle we will ask you to prove to us via a screenshot of the Abus application that your lock was properly secured when it was stolen.
Is my bicycle covered during transport?
