Qover will notify you of your contract renewal at least 28 days before your policy’s expiry date. You may decide to cancel the renewal no later than 10 days before the start date of the new policy.
You may cancel your policy at the latest 15 days after payment or upon refusal to pay compensation in respect of a claim. The policy will expire 15 days after the date of notification.
You may cancel your insurance within 14 calendar days of purchase or of receiving the contract.
