Natural disasters are events caused by the atmosphere or earth affecting the land, in particular floods, tidal waves, hurricanes, droughts or land expansion (extreme drought), earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, landslides and subsidence.
Rain and snowstorms are not considered as natural disasters.
